Ente crafts microscopic amounts of wine, selecting only the finest fruit from naturally low-yielding, old vines in the Côte de Beaune. Every bottle—from Bourgogne-level to his finest crus—is treated with the same meticulous care, making each one a true collectible.

His 2018 Clos des Ambres is a prime example: sourced from 65-year-old vines in a walled Meursault vineyard, it balances perfect ripeness with razor-sharp freshness. Bursting with crushed oyster shell, citrus zest, and electric acidity, it’s weightless yet powerful.

With only 350 cases made and global demand far exceeding supply, this is nearly impossible to find. Once they’re gone, they’re GONE. ⚡
